At Ezarah Portal, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, including:
- Original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and included items
- No signs of damage, misuse, or wear
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or returned incomplete may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds are processed within up to 7 days from the date the returned product is received and approved.
Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated on the product page when applicable.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a product defect or an error from our side, return shipping will be free. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
