1. General Conditions & Business Identity

  • EZARAH PORTAL is an e-commerce platform specializing in refurbished, open-box, and new tech products (including laptops, mini PCs, monitors, and IT networking solutions).
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or browsing under parental supervision, and providing accurate registration data.

2. Product Condition & Specifications

  • Refurbished & Open-Box Items: Customers acknowledge that many products on our store are "Refurbished" or "Open-Box". We ensure all devices undergo rigorous testing to meet high performance standards before shipping.
  • Warranty: Warranty periods (Warranty Duration) vary by product. The specific warranty duration for each item is displayed inside its product specifications page on our website. Warranty is voided if the device is opened, altered, or repaired by any unauthorized party.

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We deliver to all 7 Emirates across the UAE within 1 to 3 business days (Saturday to Thursday).
  • Shipping Fees: Free shipping applies to orders above 100 AED. A flat shipping fee of 20 AED is applied to orders below 100 AED.
  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to incorrect customer information or lack of response after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee of 20 AED will be charged.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Customers can request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the product remains in its original packaging, with all accessories included, and shows no signs of personal misuse.
  • Return Shipping Fees: If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping cost. If the product has a verified manufacturing defect, EZARAH PORTAL covers the shipping costs.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and returned to the customer within 7 business days after the device passes our technical inspection.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • EZARAH PORTAL is not liable for any data loss on devices purchased from our store. It is the customer's sole responsibility to back up their data before using or returning any device.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or technical glitches on the website. In such cases, the customer will be fully refunded.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
